At Jenna Attire, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return and refund policy. Please read our terms below to ensure a smooth return process.

Returns
We accept returns on all products within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the items must be:

• Unworn, unused, and in the same condition that you received them.
• In their original packaging with all tags and labels still intact.
• Not damaged, altered, or washed.

How to Return

1. Contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your order, stating your reason for the return and providing the order details.
   

    

2. We will provide you with a return address and further instructions.
3. After receiving the returned item and confirming it meets our return criteria, we will process your refund.

Refunds
Refunds will be processed once we have received and inspected the returned item. The amount will be refunded in full via your original payment method, which in our case is Cash on Delivery (COD). Please note, as we only offer COD.

Non-Returnable Items
Some items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene reasons or other restrictions. These include:

• Undergarments, socks, or any items that are considered intimate.
• Personalized or custom-made items.

Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style, you must return the original product and place a new order.
